GUEST BLOGGER BRIAN WILLIAMS is an electronics engineer and consultant, specializing in telecommunications. Through his company, ComTekk, he designs software for public safety communications. Brian was a wilderness Search & Rescue volunteer for over ten years in the Rocky Mountains of northern New Mexico.
